Ayrtac® Group provides an integral and customized service in production and packaging process for food, cosmetic industry, household chemicals and healthcare sector.


Ayrtac® was established in 2000 by a team with more than 25 years of experience in the agro-alimentary sector, with its headquarters in Utebo (Zaragoza, Spain). In 2006, a logistic warehouse is opened in Calahorra and in 2008 its own machine design and manufacturing workshop. In 2021 the Technological Center Ayrtac was opened from which research and development activities of new machinery are carried out.


The engineering service carry out processed and packaging projects of any dimension, for new facilities and plant updates, from the depalletizing of containers to the finished product for the final consumer.


Moreover, Ayrtac® has the most completed range of glass containers and twist-off capsule, meeting widely the requirements of the food producers and packers, being the biggest distributor of twist-off capsules in Spain and Portugal.





Ayrtac® presents its range of machinery for packaging, outstanding its range Oxyneg, an innovative HIGH-VACUUM sealing system of glass containers, developed in our Technological Center.



For the first time ever in the history of packaging we can preconfigure via screen the vacuum parameters inside the jar and secure sealing. This way, the products can conserve all its natural properties for a longer time, respecting its flavour and nutritional value.


The system OXØ allows to package without covering liquid, reducing expenses, and facilitating consumption. It also allows a high level of sealing in products that are full and vacuum-packed foods that are incompatible with steam, such as honey or nuts.


Oxyneg® is a game changer in the world of glass preserving. At the end of the 18th century, the French master confectioner Nicolas Appert devised a very simple preservation procedure that consisted of placing food in a hermetically sealed glass jar and boiling it for a certain period - which, as Pasteur discovered in 1860, killed microorganisms. Since then, there has been no innovation using a different scientific basis to revolutionise food technology.


This has been recognised by awarding Ayrtac the LiderPack prize for the best innovation in machinery, an award that we collected at the Hispack Trade fair, which took place last May in Barcelona.


The new OXØ high vacuum sealing system allows vacuum levels 5,000 times higher than traditional packaging systems, going from 500 mbar to 0.1 mbar. In addition, the closing sensitivity of Oxyneg® machines is 100 times higher, going from 1 Nw/m in traditional packaging to 0.01 Nw/m with the OX capper machine. In this way we help to overcome the tolerances in the dimensions of jars and lids, as well as false closures.
